2 Green tomatoes (or more if needed)
1 cup corn meal
4 tbsp flour
1/4 cup oil
Slice your green tomatoes as u would ripe ones. Mix your corn meal and flour. Pour it on some wax paper. Coat your green tomatoes with the flour and corn meal. Add to your tomatoes only when the oil is hot. Do not turn until they are brown on one side. This is one of my favorite dishes.
