BLUE FELT THINGEETM Blue Felt Thingee. (blu fèlt thîngee). noun. The pan-dimensional, super intelligent shade of blue who, in a fit of logical despair while trying to avoid The Moritorian Revenue Service (The Mrs. for short), transcended the dimensional barriers, only to discover that, in an alternate, yet new and improved dimension from its own, it appears in the form of a fabric called felt and, since it had little time to research the dimension it found itself suddenly thrust into, assumed the last name of Thingee would be perfectly appropriate to its current situation, which was of course, rapidly deteriorating with the appearance and sudden acceleration towards the cranial region belonging to one Nicholas W. Steel, an ape descendant of the planet who felt that the name "Blue Felt Thingee" just didn't particularly describe the proper usage and true meaning, not to mention the spirit, of the seemingly inanimate object that was currently approaching his head courtesy of another ape descendant, one Carl R. Knecht, who felt that the comment made prior to this action -- "ouch" -- was totally inappropriate and required that some sort of retribution should be made in order to atone for the sins of the preceding comment -- "ouch" -- and felt, if you'll pardon the pun, that the sudden thwapping of over the head with a piece of felt, regardless of color, would be appropriate at this juncture of time, space, and alcohol consumption. |
