This year ( 1997 ), Yue Ling is one of the nominees for the Best Actress award for her show ( literally translated ) Flower Falls Flower Blooms, »¨ Âä »¨ ¿ª .
In an interview with her a few days before the actual ceremony during a photo shoot, she was asked by the media about her feelings on being nominated as Best Actress. The answer she gave was the usual, "Excited.".
However, she eventually did not get the award. Never to mind. With her up-coming popularity and improving acting skills, the awards to come are as good as hers already. Indeed, news has it that many directors are already finding as a lead in many shows in the pipe-line. Let us hope that TCS shows some of them in Singapore!
