An undercover reporter named Sue leaves Earth and heads to Venus. It appears that she has arrived just in time for the surprise attack that the 101st cavalry corps of Ishtar launch on Io the capital of Aphordia. It only takes a day for the city to be taken over. Then a young rebel that rides a mono bike or a (motorcycle with one wheel) decides to ignore a curfew that is imposed upon his city, barring them from leaving thier homes for 10 hours. This is the last straw for this young chap and he decides to lead an armed resistance against the army of Ishtar to free his city. They soon find that others are willing to help them in their armed resistence. Next we are treated to some quite terrible live action war scences with our heros drawn over the top of it. This film had its ups and downs but it also had just enough action to be worth sitting through. You may recogize one of the voice actors from Roujin Z.
