  or (MY FAVORITE) Old English for DEER WARDEN.


• McKINNEY is a Family Name originally
  from ROSS-SHIRE, SCOTLAND.


• Donald McKinney, Earl of Ross, was Transported
  to America in 1747, after losing in the Jacobite Wars.
  He started a plantation in MARYLAND. He prospered.

1. Born in Panama, to military parents.
   Because of this geographical handicap, a DUMB LAW
   says that I can never be PRESIDENT of the USA,
   but some foriegn drug-runner's illegitimate brat,
   BORN ON US SOIL, CAN !


2. Raised in New Jersey and Florida
   (Orlando, before DISNEY)


3. Went to Florida Central Academy boarding school. FUN!!


4. Enlisted in the ARMY at 17, during the VIETNAM WAR,
   and studied Computer Repair & Programming
   (it beat getting DRAFTED)

6. Retired from the ARMY in 1993,
   as a Computer Programmer/Analyst, with an
   ASSOCIATE DEGREE from the University of Maryland.
   ( With the GI BILL, that Sheepskin only cost me $550.00 ).


7. Independent Computer Consultant,
   Pizzaria manager, & Motel Desk Clerk
   (it pays the bills)
