I have yet to try writing to them myself, so I cannot personally attest to their reliability. I have heard from others that the stars do respond in time, except for David Ogden Stiers. For advice on writing letters and other aspects of autograph collecting, there are many autograph sites on the Internet. Most sites will advise you to keep the letter short and sweet, and include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) for the actor/actress to use. Keep in mind that the stars are very busy, so it may take awhile for them to respond. Good luck!
