The first episode focuses on Detective Leon, who was involved in the original Bubblegum Crisis series, who is reliving a nightmare from when he used to be a lieutenant. This involves a boomer who has an uncontrolable need for sexual pleasure and she is satisfied only when she is shot repeatedly.

The second episode deals with a female officer with the normal police force trying to solve bunch of murders that are very similar to Jack the Ripper. She is doing all this while contemplating on whether or not to get a cyborg implant for her sore eye(losing a piece of her humanity).

The third episode is about an officer that was "killed" but brought back to life through cybernetics(Robocop). He tries to convince himself that he is still human by biting the only part of his body that has not been replaced by cybernetics. This is his tongue.

This series has some well drawn artwork which was done to create a very dark mood enhanced by specific scenarios throught the series. It also makes you think about the mixing of human and machine and if people should replace lost human features with robotic ones.

The A.D Police files do have quite a bit of action with its fair share of blood/gore but but it goes with the territory. I do believe this is worth seeing and would recommend it to others.

This is a good series and it's one you should see!
