Madox-01 starts off by showing us the new prototype of a defense machine that can
take out many a tank all by its lonesome. The trouble starts on delivery of a Madox unit when
an accident occurs, and the delivery team loses track of the Madox unit in
all the confusion. The lost Madox unit "finds" an engineering student, who seems very intrested in it,
so he begins to read the manual that was packaged with it.
Before he finishes reading, he goes into the Madox unit, starts to "play around" and gets
locked in the mechanized unit.
This just throws off his whole day because he is now going to be late for his date.
The date is a once an a lifetime chance for him so he can not afford to miss it.
Do remember when watching this movie that it is from 1987(in japan) and came out in 1989(in USA),
I am telling you this because even though the animation and fight scenes are good, you can
tell that it is not anything recent. The characters are cool and the music is good, but if I was
to go out in a government Mech I would be beaten and flogged!
This is a good Anime movie to see, espically for MECH lovers.
I would recommend this one, not first but it is worth viewing.
