Wicked City is about a world that co-exists with the world we know, this other dimension is known as the Black World. This is a dimension of "shape-shifters" that are born with incrediable psychic powers. The only thing that has keep this world peaceful for all this time would be a peace treaty, and a group known as the Black Guard, this consists of men and women from the human world and the black world. There job is to prevent those from either side from disturbing this peace that is now held so dear.

Now a critical time has come in the relations of thesr two worlds, they must sign a new peace treaty, this new one will last for the next 500 years. To make sure this happpens, two of the Black Guard members, a human man, and a Black World female, are assigned to guard the one man that must sign the treaty, without him this peace treaty can never exist.

This storyline around Wicked City is very good and involving, it could be concidered something like a James Bond film and the Men in Black combined. The overall quality is good with solid animation and music. The action sequences are done well and all is blended nicely to give you a good experence.

I will recommend this, because it is well done, but I do not think it is for everyone. Wicked City is a really good movie and I think that you will be glad you have seen it.
