Passover Chocolate Matzoh Torte

                        Chocolate Matzoh Torte
  8                     whole square matzohs
  3               cups  sweet red wine
  1             recipe  Soft chocolate Frosting/Filling
  6             ounces  chocolate chips
  2        tablespoons  margarine
  2        tablespoons  water
  1                cup  coarsly chopped walnuts
                               
                        Soft Chocolate Frosting/Filling
  1                cup  sugar
  3        tablespoons  potato starch
     1/8      teaspoon  salt
  1                cup  boiling water
  2        tablespoons  margarine
  1                cup  chocolate chips -- 6 ounces
  1           teaspoon  vanilla 
 
Chocolate Matzoh Torte
Dip a matzoh in wine on both sides, and place on serving dish. Spread
 With frosting/filling.  Repeat layers, ending with matzoh.  Melt chips with
margarine and water.  Frost top and sides of Torte.  Decorate with
 chopped nuts. Chill.
 
Soft Chocolate Frosting/Filling
Mix sugar, starch, and salt,  add boiling water.  Cook, stirring
constantly, until it comes to a boil.  Boil one minute and remove from
heat.   Stir in chips until smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla.
 Spread while warm.
