1 14-ounce can artichokes packed
in water, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large cloves garlic
Juice of ½ lemon (2 tablespoons)
Paprika for sprinkling
French bread for serving
Place artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan and garlic in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate, smooth spread and sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with French bread. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
