Mika ^_^ - (this came with the recipe.....but as to where it came from, it's another unknown for now.) Bella Melone simply means “beautiful melon,” but the Italians say it best. The secret is in the vinegar, and not just any kind will do. Balsamic vinegar boasts a rich, mellow note that wakes up summer’s lazy taste buds. Fresh cracked pepper also does its share to drive this dish from demure to divine.
