1¼ ounces yeast
1 cup warm water
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1/3 cup margarine
Filling:
1 cup packed brown sugar
2½ tablespoons cinnamon
Frosting:
8 tablespoons margarine
1½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and soft margarine, salt and eggs. Mix in mixer. Add flour gradually. Mix until smooth. Put in greased bowl and cover and let rise 1 hour or until double in bulk. Roll out dough and spread with 1/3 cup softened margarine. Sprinkle filling mixture over the dough and roll and cut into pieces 1 to 1½ inches wide. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Frosting: Mix ingredients well and spread over rolls while still warm.
Mika ^_^ - Now this was an interesting recipe, clearly someone's attempt at copying a recipe. Sadly, when I found it, there was no measurement for flour! I made a guess, and it turned out fairly well. I've only made it that one time, so, if you try this, please let me know. Thanks!
