Maybe airline, Sarajevo
For a long time the only way in and out of Sarajevo was on one of the UN flights. The flight accommodated UN personnel, NGO workers and journalists who held a UN press card. It almost worked like a commercial flight apart from few differences. First of all it was free, you had to wear your flak jacket and your helmet at all times and on certain flights you had to wear a parachute. You would usually get a "crash" course on how to jump just before take off, "crash" not being a very appropriate word.
The airline was called "Maybe Airline Sarajevo" because the answer to all your questions was the same. "Am I on the flight?" Maybe!. "Are we taking off in time?" Maybe!. "Are we going to be shot down?" Maybe!
