She is the current (IFBB) Miss Australia Heavyweight title holder and set fire to the record in the Strongest Women competition.
Her favorite gladiatorial pursuits are in the testing physical contact games Tilt and Duel.
Asked to name her greatest attribute, Flame says just one word: Strength.
FLAME was born on the south coast of NSW and currently lives in Kiama. For the past eight years FLAME has been the only female member of the Ambulance Rescue Squad in the role of Advance Life Support Officer.
When not in the gym - up to five times a week - Flame spends time working as a personal trainer and lecturing and advising on diet, nutrition and first aid.
