Double Crown

Here is Miss Universe 1967, Sylvia Hitchcock of the USA, the morning after her victory. In a joyful, playful moment, she holds up her two crowns - those of Miss USA and Miss Universe - for all to admire.

Sylvia's celebratory gesture is the inspiration for our Double Crown feature, in which we showcase Miss Universe winners...with the local or national crowns (and sometimes both!) they wore before they became Miss Universe.
