We can't deny it. Miss Universe 1987, Cecilia Bolocco of Chile, is one of our favorites here at Beauty School.

She stole our heart the minute we saw her in the 1987 Miss Universe Pageant parade of nations. She must have been armed with several of Cupid's arrows! Her beauty, charm, and elegance make her a perfect Valentine thank you to all the students here at Beauty School.

And this picture of her, the morning after winning the Miss Chile 1987 title, is perfect for the second and final installment of "BiB."
