Viva Lupita!

In our final salute to Hispanic Heritage Month here in the USA, we present Miss Universe 1991, Mexico's Lupita Jones Garay. Lupita is Mexico's first Miss Universe. With Lupita at the helm of Nuestra Belleza Mexico, the pageant that selects Mexico's representatives to Miss International, Miss Universe, and Miss World, we are sure Mexico will have another global winner in the near future.
