Tia and Tamera explain how important good looks are when you are in high school. Tamera wants to join the inn-group, but Tia won't have anything to do with them.
Plot
Lisa takes the girls to Henrique's Beauty Parlor for a make-over. Ray keeps saying it's the inner beauty that counts - but the girls won't listen. Tamera gets a new hairstyle in order to make the inn-group at school. Tia feels dumped by Tamera and try to do her own hair - with catastrophic result.
