Kitchen: Tia and Tamera are working on Halloween pumpkins. Roger is judging their work. He prefers Tia's pumpkin because it looks just like him.
Plot
Ray tells Tamera that she can't go to a Halloween rave after what happened last year. Tia tells Lisa, only to find herself grounded too. So they spend Halloween night in front of TV until Steve and Denise show up, hoping to get a lift. Tia and Tamera accept. After all they won't be going to the rave, they will just be driving Steve and Denise to the rave... in Ray's car.
