CEDAR OAKS: Ben and Tim were trapped together, as were Meg and the mystery woman. Ben and Tim decided that they needed to make sure Meg was okay. Tim confessed to Ben that he regreted messing things up with Meg, and insisted that they belonged together. Ben reminded Tim that he and Meg were engaged now.

When Meg saw that the mystery woman's bracelet said that her name is "Dana," she called her by that name. The mystery woman snapped that her name wasn't Dana! The mystery woman refused to let Meg out of her sight, so Meg took her with her when she went to leave the room. They opened the door and saw the dead body of one of the nurses. The mystery woman screamed. Meg tried to take the mystery woman's mind off of the dead nurse. Meanwhile, Ben and Tim, who heard the scream, deduced that the woman who screamed wasn't Meg.

SOUTH BAY GENERAL: Tyus admitted to Michael that Vanessa was at his apartment. They listened to a news report giving details about the earthquake. Tyus informed Michael that he needed to refrigerate the cure immediately, or it would spoil. Tyus reached through the broken window and got the door of the lab open.

TYUS'S SUNSET BEACH APARTMENT: Vanessa was about to leave the building when she spotted Virginia. When she saved Virginia, Virginia realized that Jimmy was still trapped. Virginia and Vanessa tried to rescue Jimmy, but all they could find was his bloodstained baseball cap. Distraught, Virginia declared that she should have died instead of her son, because of all the horrible things she had done. Virginia confessed she is the reason that Vanessa and Michael aren't together.

AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE: Gregory and AJ were trapped under mounds of fallen debris.

RICHARDS HOUSE: Annie started to try to release Olivia from the rubble she was trapped under, but Olivia begged her to save Trey. Annie told Olivia that she couldn't go upstairs to check on Trey because the stairs had been destroyed. Olivia was frantic to get to her baby! Annie and Olivia noticed that the chandelier was coming loose.

Annie tried to climb up the rubble to the second floor. In the process, she cut her leg. She told Olivia that she didn't think that anyone could make it up to the second floor. Olivia demanded to know if Annie had any intention of helping her. Annie had a fantasy in which Gregory turned against her because of her unwillingness to help Olivia. While Annie was trying to use a four-by-four as a lever to lift the rubble off of Olivia's legs, the chandelier fell!
