BEN'S HOUSE: Meg and Ben decided to make a party out of decorating
their tree. Sara apologized for accusing Maria of faking her amnesia, but, of
course, she didn't really mean it. She had a fantasy in which Ben was so
wrapped up in Maria that Meg turned to Casey, leaving Sara behind.
ST. JOSEPH'S: Ricardo asked Gabi if they would have made love if he
hadn't been called away; she admitted that they probably wouldn't have.
She went on to say that if she knew what was wrong, she'd tell him. He
assured her that he wants to make a commitment to her. After Gabi left the
room, Ricardo asked Antonio to tell him everything he can about Francesca.
Francesca overheard Antonio explaining that he didn't know anything about
Francesca's activities since she moved out of the mission. Antonio found out
that Juan Sanchez, the man who stole the Madonna, was on his way to
Sunset Beach.
SOUTH BAY GENERAL: Sean barely was able to save Emily from a
runaway truck in the hospital parking lot. When she was returned to her
room, Emily told Tyus and Bette that she needed to go home. Tyus said that
he'd let her leave as long as she would return for tests the next day. Sean
offered to cut classes to bring Emily for her tests. The truck driver insisted
that the truck's parking brake was on. When she overheard this, Amy
realized that the emerald caused the accident.
JAVA WEB: Tyus told Vanessa that her morning sickness should go away
after the first trimester, which reminded him of his conversation with Virginia
that Vanessa might be more than three months pregnant. Tyus told Vanessa
that if she needs to talk -- about anything at all -- she should call him. Later,
Vanessa confided in Meg about the night that she and Tyus took the
experimental drug and that, as a result, she thought that Tyus could be the
father of her baby. Meg counseled her not to tell Michael until she's sure that
the baby is Tyus'.
ST. JOSEPH'S: Maria told Gabi that she wanted to look through family
photographs to make a Christmas present for Carmen. In the box, she
found a picture of a tree from when she was married to Ben, and decided to
make that her next memory.
THE BEACH: Ben, Meg and Casey arrived for their picnic, but Sara was
missing.
BEN'S HOUSE: Maria saw Sara watching her rehearse her Christmas tree
memory.
