BEN'S HOUSE: Meg admitted to Ben that Maria looked to her for assurance that it was okay that she was still here, but Meg was unable to, since the families had confused her. Ben offered to speak with Maria, and Meg headed out to see her family. Ben reassured Maria that they still thought Maria staying with them was the best thing for her. Maria demanded that Ben tell her what happened the night she "died." Maria confided in Ben about her nightmares. She was sure that there was something was terrible going on that night. Ben hedged her questions, and paid a visit to Dr. Estrada. The doctor warned Ben not to tell her about that night, because it would overwhelm her.
SHOCK WAVE: Casey arrived with a flower for Sara. They reminisced about their romantic evening the night before and he asked her to go out with her tonight. She gladly accepted. Later, Joan and Hank filled Casey in on the living situation at Ben's. Meg arrived and let everyone know that she was sticking to her guns -- they couldn't live her life for her. Meg rushed off, and Casey followed.
BEACH: Meg confessed she was having a hard time holding it together, but Casey told her he admired how she was handing things. Casey encouraged her to trust her love for Ben and fight for him.
AT THE POLICE STATION: Annie showed up and demanded her necklace back! Ricardo accused Annie of staging the theft, but Annie insisted Ricardo arrest Cole. They rehashed the Maria situation. Carmen came to the station and declared Maria moving in with Ben and Meg was the best thing that could have happened. Annie was shocked and stormed out. Carmen was confident that living together would bring Ben and Maria together, as they were destined, but Ricardo wasn't so sure.
BEN'S HOUSE: Annie arrived to make sure Maria was all right, but Maria wasn't pleased to see her. Annie pledged her undying friendship, and declared she would do anything for Maria. Maria pressed Annie for information regarding the night of her disappearance.
KIDNAPPED!: Hillary threatened Caitlin's life if he didn't give her the jewels within the hour. Cole begged for more time, but Hillary wasn't in a negotiating mood. Cole confessed to a frantic Olivia what was going on. Meanwhile, Hillary informed Caitlin she was dying -- and planned to take Caitlin with her.
SYDNEY'S OFFICE: Francesca thanked Sydney for the alias and planned to leave the country. Sydney wondered about Francesca's relationship with Cole, but Francesca refused to talk about him. Sydney asked to see the infamous Rosario jewels. Suddenly, they turned into spiders in her hands. She declared the jewels were cursed and asked Francesca to leave -- for good! Later, Cole and Olivia arrived at Sydney's office looking for Francesca, but Sydney warned them of the danger. She informed them Francesca had left the country.
THE AIRPORT: Cole got another call from an impatient Hillary, who planned to off Caitlin. Meanwhile, Olivia caught up with Francesca, and the two got into a scuffle over the jewels.
