RICHARDS HOUSE: Annie tried to blackmail Caitlin into helping her marry Gregory by threatening to tell Cole about how Caitlin got Trey. Caitlin insisted that Gregory would never marry someone like Annie.

SUNSET BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT: THE CABIN: Derek realized that Meg has found "Ben's" ashes and that she saw the scar on his leg in the shower. Meanwhile, Meg realized that Derek has figured out that she knows that he's not Ben. She tried to run, but Derek stopped her. Derek tried to figure out how to kill Meg. At first, he planned to kill Meg with an axe, but he couldn't go through with it. He decided instead put rat poison in her soup!

GRENADINE'S: Olivia was grateful to AJ for his continued support. Father not like son, Cole let Olivia know that he wouldn't keep her from seeing Trey, but that he'd never let her be alone with him. He also told AJ that Elaine is involved with a new man, and so he let her continue to believe that AJ was dead.

AJ informed Gregory that he'd give up his rights to the beach, in exchange for equal ownership of the Liberty Corporation with Gregory, Ben, and Annie (and possibly Alex). Gregory refused to give in to AJ's demands. After AJ and Olivia left, Gregory wondered if his priorities needed to be rearranged. Annie suggested that they join forces. Gregory kissed her, but then he took off.

RICHARDS HOUSE: Caitlin broke the news to Cole that she wanted Olivia to be Trey's godmother. Cole reluctantly agreed, on the condition that Olivia never be left alone with Trey. Later, Cole and Caitlin got intimate, and Annie interrupted them. Caitlin called Annie's bluff, saying that she'd never tell Cole the truth about Trey's origins.

SUNSET BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT: Ben was anxious, waiting for Ricardo and Casey to come back. Gabi and Antonio reassured him that they will rescue Meg.

MEANWHILE, AT THE CABIN: Ricardo and Casey arrived just as Derek gave Meg the soup with the rat poison in it.
