The world's greatest thief is on the loose and it's up to two young detectives to find her. The only complication is that they and the thief they are chasing exist inside a computer game and must depend on their human "player" to provide them with essential information in this eduational half-hour mystery series, which challenges young viewers to figure out the weekly crimes. Based on the best CD-ROM game (which has sold more than 4 million units since 1985), the series premiered on the Fox Network in 1993.

Burbank-based DIC Entertainment developed and produced the series, which was in the development stage for three years at CBS. Finally, DIC president Andy Heyward sold the series to Fox. The series has earned three daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Animated Program, winning the award for the 1994-95 season.
