That was just hilarious!!  You don't know how happy I was when I
realised that Frank was still there =)  And those sort of childish
pranks are exactly the sort of thing that Frank would resort to to
keep himself amused, so of course Rachel would have to do the same...

Hey Julia!!
Well what can I say about this?  The main comment is that I laughed and laughed
and laughed.
I could imagine Rachel and Frank going stir-crazy with no cases to work on.
Their practical joking getting way out of hand, because one would be constantly
trying to out do the other was perfect....
