Growing up in Vermont, Andrew studied modern jazz and ballet for eight years and continued to do over 16 plays in school and local theatre. He managed to land an agent when he was thirteen through a bit of good luck and began auditioning. Throughout high school Andrew commuted into the city, usually by car, for auditions while juggling school work and a part-time job. Andrew then moved to Los Angeles and started working with Mad TV in August of 1997.
