Cutback at Control #1: In the beginning, Perkin's gets shot in the arm. There's blood on his suit, but no hole where the bullet entered. #2: A few bloopers happen during the scene when Hans is throwing Max over the desk. When Hans throws Max over the first time, he knocks the red phone off the desk with him, & the phone lands behind him. Then in the next shot, the phone is in a different position in front of Max.
#3: Watch as Hans throws Max the third time. Before he hits the desk, you can see someone hiding behind the desk (probably Don Adams as the stuntman is the one going over the desk), as his feet stick out the right side.
#4: Finally when he goes over the desk the third time, watch his feet. We see him come to the stop & then Max (Don Adams) get up, but his feet stay behind the desk! Obviously the stuntman stayed behind the desk as Don Adams stands up to take the credit.
#5: When Max is drinking with Seigfried, Seigfried says, "I always liked you Smart." And places his beer stein down on the desk. Then in the next shot, he's holding the stein again.
The Expendable Agent #1: When the Kaos agent appears at the window, Chain shoots 9 shots out of a 6 shot revolver.
#2: Chain bumps into the invisible wall while carrying the water bucket, but his body goes well past where the wall should be.
#3: Max had lowered the invisible wall to protect Whittaker from the cigarette pack bomb. He raises it to let Chain in, but never lowers it again to protect Whittaker.
#4: Even though Max didn't lower the wall again, Whittaker bumps into it.
#5: Max leans on the blackboard, wiping away part of the formula. But there's a part of the blackboard on the right side that was wiped off, even though Max was not leaning on it.
The Dead Spy Scrawls
#1: Right after Max shakes hands with the pool expert, Willie Marconi, Marconi puts his hands on the cue stick, with his right hand over the left. Then in the next shot, his right hand is below his left on the stick.
#2: Max rips the cloth on the pool table. But when Parker comes into the room & places the cue sticks on the table, the table is not ripped. Then as Max goes to try a shot, the table is ripped again.
#3: Max accidentally shoots the cue stick-shotgun at the ceiling. Notice, Chief & Parker on on Max's right. Although the stick is pointed away from them to Max's left, the ceiling above the three of them falls.
#4: Max shoots Striker with the cue-stick-shotgun. Then The Shark grabs 99 & holds her in front of him. He then says, "The stick is empty Smart." Figuring the cue stick-shotgun is a brand new invention, how does Shark know how many shots it holds?
#5: Max flicks the cue ball off the table. He's standing behind the table (long ways) & would not have been able to hit it from where he was standing.
#6: When Max "hits" the ball towards Shark, he makes the flicking movement, then the next shot shows the ball sitting in the middle of the table. Then suddenly, the ball magically launches itself across the room.
Witness for the Persecution
#1: At the very beginning, Max flips the microphone on his shoe-phone too far up. It's being blocked by the phone itself.
#2: When Max sees the "kid" in the football outfit, he hangs up his shoe-phone & runs towards the "kid". But, Max doesn't put the bottom back on the phone. Yet when he reaches his target, the bottom is back on his phone.
#3: Max is in his bedroom & looking at the camera that 99 is watching him with. As he backs away from the camera on the wall, the shadow of the actual TV camera can be seen on Max.
#4: Max & 99 stand in the tube that protects them from the laser beams. After everything in the room is disintergrated, Max & 99 (still in the tube) take a look around the room. Then when it cuts back to them, the tube is gone.
#5: Max is going to sleep. He pulls down his blanket & puts a pillow on the foot of the bed, on top of the blanket. Then he lays down, placing his feet on the pillow, above the blanket. Then it cuts to Dr. Bascomb. When it cuts back to Max, he has the blanket over him, pulled up to his waist.
#6: When Max sends the dummy across the street on the wire, the wire pulling the dummy can be seen as it enters the room. It's attached to the pulley mechanism.
Dear Diary
#1: At the beginning, Max sees a pair of shoes behind the curtains. He thinks that it's someone hiding there. He jumps behind the curtain & you see him moving behind them. He doesn't bend down at all, but somehow, he comes out from the curtains with the shoes, that were on the floor, in his hands.
Where-What-How-Who Am I?
#1: In the beginning, Max pulls away from the hotel in his car. Notice his silver wheels. Then he turns the corner & we hear a crash. We then see Max's car crashed into a wall & a red wheel comes bouncing away from the car. Now this may be the mistake, but if it were just silver hubcaps covering the red wheels, then the blooper is that there are no hubcaps near the crashed car either. So one way or the other, there's a blooper there.
#2: In the alleyway. Max uses the ejector seat to boost himself up to a window. We see the chair come back down in the corner of the alleyway, followed by Max. He gets back in the car, then he & 99 switch places. They then decide to go to the front of the hotel. He & 99 drive around & suddenly, the ejected chair is back in the car.
#3: In the alleyway, 99 is wearing white shoes. She's even wearing them when we see her enter the hotel. But then, as she enters the hotel room, she's wearing black shoes.
Shipment to Beirut
#1: When Max brings back the first dress he buys , Chief holds the ripped dress up. After he places it down, he goes to walk around the desk. Watch as Chief walks right into the desk & carries on like nothing happened.
#2: Max buys the first dress for $886. He then buys the second dress for $1400. So, he spent $2286. Then Chief says, he spent $2260 of Control's money. Good thing Chief can't count, or he might be even more angry with Max.
The Laser Blazer
#1: Max asks Ingrid about his jacket. She says, "The cleaners picked it up..." but her mouth doesn't go with what she says when she says "The cleaners".
#2: When Ingrid goes to playback the tape-recorder toast, it's already on & turning before she hits the button to turn it on.
#3: The delivery boy with the jacket is looking for a quarter in the jackets pocket. When he says, "Maybe it's in the lining", he reaches over to the left side of the jacket. Then in the next shot, as the laser shoots, his hand is back on the right side in the pocket.
#4: Although not a complete blooper, it is funny to notice Max's apartment changes where it is in certain shows. In this show, his apartment is several stories up according to the view out of the hole in his wall made by the laser.
Iron Hand
#1: Max & 99 are standing in front of the baby buggy in the store, when suddenly, Max sets off the machine guns in the buggy. When it cuts to the shots of the buggy shooting, Max & 99 are not in front of the buggy. Then in the other shots, Max & 99 are in front of it again.
#2: The area changes from when Max & 99 walk away from 44 in the baby buggy to when they walk back to the other buggy.
#3: When Iron Hand smashes his desk, the gold frame from the globe he smashed disappears from his desk top.
#4: Max pulls up the buggy behind his car, about a half foot away. Then in the next shot, he's about a fott & a half away.
#5: When the cannon comes out of the front of the buggy, in the close-up, the cannon sticks out further than the far shots.
#6: After the cannon shoots, it's still sticking out the front of the buggy. But when the Kaos agents walk up, the cannon is retracted.
#7: Larabee yells out the window of Control to the President at the Capital Building, but Control's HQ is supposed to be underground.
#8: During the very funny baby-buggy switch scene, the aerial shot shows the inner of the 2 circles made by the agents as standing still. Then in the next shot, they're moving. Next shot, standing still again & then finally in the next shot, they are once again moving.
#9: Iron Hand's hand changes throughout the show, although it's obviously a solid piece & not flexible. Notice the difference when Max puts the money in his hand & after he takes it back.
Hubert's Unfinished Symphony
#1: Max can hear Chief outside of the portable cone of silence.
#2: At the end, Wolenska (John Myers) is saved by Max when he stops Wolenska from playing the piano. wolenska says, "Thank you Mr. Smart." But Wolenska didn't know Max's name. He thought it was Gregory Wilcox, Max's cover name.
