"Thank you, Luke. I owe you my life." said Alexis.
"So you heard my little speech." said Luke.
"Most of it." said Alexis smiling.
"Actually, I owe you." said Luke.
He smiled at her and then left the room to go home. Nikolas hugged her.
"You are like a mother to me and I thought I had lost you forever." said Nikolas as tears welled up in his eyes.
She hugged him tight.
"I love you like a son and don't you forget that. I may not be your real mother, but Stefan and I were the ones who raised you. Do you remember your first word?" asked Alexis tears streaming down her face.
"No." said Nikolas.
"Mama. You thought I was your mother." said Alexis as more tears fell.
"You always will be." said Nikolas as tears fell down his face.
He kissed her forehead and then left. Ned hugged and kissed Alexis.
"I missed you, Lexie." said Ned smiling.
"Don't call me that!" said Alexis smiling.
"You're even more beautiful when you pretend to be angry." he said as he flashed her his dimples.
She blushed as he gave her a bigger grin.
"Is it a boy or a girl?" she asked.
"It's a girl." he said smiling.
"I'm so happy. This was a surprise because I thought I was just sick. A baby girl. Wow!" she said smiling.
"My exact sentiments." he said smiling.
Then he kissed her as he got into the hospital bed with her and they cuddled close as they drifted off to sleep.
"I will get my revenge." said Clomens.
"What did you say?" asked Ari.
"Nothing." said Clomens.
"I am so glad to be free of that old woman and her schemes." said Ari.
"Old woman? Schemes? My friend, she was the classiest lady in the entire world." said Clomens.
"Back in her day, but all she wanted to do was destroy other people's lives. She was obsessed with that." said Ari.
"Maybe, but I guess that's where we two shall depart for I will have my revenge on the Cassadines and Spencers." said Clomens.
"You are just as mad as she was." said Ari.
"I don't think so because I have a secret. Would you like to hear it?" asked Clomens.
"Why not? I've got nothing else to do, but listen to you ramble." said Ari sarcastically.
"I am Stravos's father." said Clomens.
"That doesn't shock me." said Ari.
Then the guard came down and unlocked Ari's cell.
"You're free to go." said the guard.
"Thank you." said Ari.
Then he left with his clothes, gold watch, ring, and wallet.
"What about me?" asked Clomens.
"The detectives want to question you more." said the guard.
Then he left Clomens alone.
"How can I be your son?" asked Stefan.
"I'll explain when your sister gets home from the hospital. It's a very complicated story and I want to tell it only once." said Kristen.
"I must know." he said.
"In time, but I want you to get some rest." she said.
He got up and kissed her on both cheeks. He went upstairs to try to get some sleep.
"Lois?" asked Bobbie.
"Hi, how ya doing?" greeted Lois.
"Fine, but what are you doing here?" asked Bobbie.
"I'm looking for Alexis's room." said Lois.
"She's in room thirty-three D." said Bobbie.
"Thanks. Nice seeing ya again." said Lois.
She took Brooke by the hand and rushed off to find Alexis's room. Bobbie was a little surprised by her visit and wondered what was going on. Lois quietly opened the door to see Ned in the bed with Alexis sleeping and she smiled.
"Honey, go wake up daddy." said Lois smiling.
"Okay." said Brooke.
Lois sat down in a chair as Brooke was pushing Ned's arm to wake up.
"Wake up, daddy." said Brooke.
Ned groaned and opened his eyes to see Brooke and Lois. He carefully got out of the bed and hugged his daughter.
"I didn't think you would come." said Ned as he sat down next to Lois.
"Well, ya know, she's a good friend and I really don't have that many left." said Lois smiling.
Brooke stood on the chair next to Alexis's bed and took her hand playing with her fingers.
"How is she?" asked Lois.
"Much better. Surgery went well and she's out of her coma. There's also something else." said Ned.
"What?" asked Lois.
"She's three months pregnant and it's a girl." said Ned smiling.
"I'm very happy for you two. Now Brooke will have a little sister to play with." said Lois smiling.
"We'll try to visit you guys as often as we can." said Ned.
"That won't be necessary, Ned." said Lois.
"Why not?" asked Ned.
"We're moving back to Port Charles." said Lois.
"That's great! Where will you stay?" asked Ned.
"Brenda's cottage. It's a really beautiful place to live." said Lois.
"That it is. I'm glad that you two are coming back." said Ned.
