Chapter 23

A Cabin

Meanwhile, Clomens had taken Alexis to a cabin on the outskirts of Port Charles. He tied her to a chair. "What do you want from me? Who are you?" asked Alexis angrily. Clomens sat across from her with a bottle of vodka and the gun aimed at her. "I want you and your child dead. I want your precious lover and your family to suffer what I've suffered." said Clomens. "So, what am I?" she asked. "You, Natasha, are the sacrifice. If you must know my TRUE identity, I am Stravos's father." said Clomens smiling. A look of shock and horror crossed her face.

GH

Ned was in a room after they had removed the bullet from his leg. "Where's my fiancee?!" shouted Ned angrily. "I am sorry, sir, but I suspect Clomens kidnapped her." said Ari. "If either my fiancee or baby dies it will be on your head!" shouted Ned angrily. "I am very sorry." said Ari. "I know that. I guess this guy is a little more clever than we thought. It just makes me so angry because he's jeopardizing Alexis's life not to mention the baby's life too." said Ned. "Next time I will do better. I will go out and search for her." said Ari. "Thank you." said Ned. Ari left the room with guilt and anger. Stefan came rushing into the hospital followed by Nikolas and Kristen. "Barbara, what happened?!" yelled Stefan. "Ned was shot in the leg and a man named Clomens kidnapped Alexis." said Bobbie. "NO!!!" cried Kristen. Nikolas held his grandmother in his arms. "Did anybody call the police?" asked Nikolas. "Yes. They already started searching for them. If you'd like to see Ned he's in room forty-five D." said Bobbie. They thanked her and left. Kristen went into see Ned. She sat down in a chair next to him. "I'm sorry. I failed in protecting her." said Ned. "No, you didn't. Don't blame yourself. You didn't know he was going to barge in and kidnap Alexis." said Kristen. "I feel so guilty. What if she dies? It will be all my fault." said Ned as a tear escaped his eye. Kristen laid her hand on his. "That won't happen. I believe she will fight tooth and nail to be free from this psychopath. After all, she's stubborn like me." said Kristen. They smiled and she talked to him to comfort him.

A Cabin

Clomens had finally fell into a drunken stupor and Alexis had freed herself. She carefully took the gun from his hand and searched for a phone. She found one and dialed the police. "PCPD. How may I help?" asked Garcia. "Garcia, this is Alexis Davis. I need your help." she said. "Calm down, Miss Davis, where are you?" he asked. "I don't know. I'm in a cabin if that's any help." she said. "Stay on the line with me so we can trace the call." he said. "How's Ned?" she asked. "He's fine. He was shot in the leg." he said. Alexis gave a sigh of relief. "And Ari?" she asked. "Nothing serious. Can you tell me who kidnapped you?" he asked. "A man named Clomens." she said. "We just released that guy." he said. "That was a...." she trailed off. There was a gun shot and then the line went dead.

PCPD

"Miss Davis? Miss Davis!" shouted Garcia. He put the phone down. "Did you get an address?" asked Garcia angrily. "Got it, sir." said a policeman. "Then let's go, boys." said Garcia. They left in a hurry.

Cabin

Alexis had shot Clomens and he lay on the ground struggling to breathe. "You bitch! I'll come back and haunt you! I will have my revenge!" said Clomens angrily. "Say hello to Helena for me IN HELL!!" said Alexis smiling. Then Clomens died and Alexis threw the gun down next to him. She covered him with a blanket so she wouldn't have to look at him. She sat down on the couch wondering if someone would find her.
