Hit a Soft 17

Here is a Problem that a new Player will be interesting in examining. One can look at the expected out-come for the various up cards and begin to understand why:

1. It makes sense to double with the Dealer's 6 or less showing
2. It makes sense to hit 7 or above, the dealer's average hand is 18.2
3. It may well be that you happen to hit it again
4. With the strategy that applies to the hard hands.
5. After all it is Gambling
