Tales from
the Riverbank 1960
Rats and rodents galore. The twitching noses of Hammy Hamster and
Roderick the Rat have no doubt stayed with many of us.
Teddy Edward 1970
Dereck Griffiths of Play School
fame, I think, was behind this song and story programme.
Terry and June 1979
When he wasn't dressed upa as a little boy advertising "Curlywurly's", Terry Scott joined forces with June Whitfield in a sitcom which showed no imagination in it's title.
That's Life 1973
These Are The
Days 19??
A cartoon that showed life with a family on a farm. I have a vague memory of remembering
that it was one of those serious style cartoons. Rocking chairs, hens and cows. Thats all
I remember.

(The) Three Musketeers 1968
This was another classic Banana Splits cartoon.
3-2-1 1978
This early eighties quiz show, hosted by Ted Rogers who tied his fingers
in a knot every time he said "3-2-1", was a combination of a quiz show with 3
pairs of contestants whittled down to 2 and finally 1. Hence the name. The
final pair had to put up with several sketches of which each left them with a riddle. The
joy of the program was seeing how the contestants reacted when Ted explained the riddle.
They always looked more perplexed than before. With a big prize and "Dusty the
Bin" booby prize, this was a classic.
Thunderbirds 1965
Made a revival in recent years, certainly the best of all the Gerry
Anderson puppet shows. Most people will remember how you could buy Matchbox or Dinky
versions of each Thunderbird. Always seem to have a story of 2 guys stuck in a caved
in area, time running out, sweat on a puppet with the odd real hand used in close ups, and
the only answer was International Rescue.....F.A.B.! In all 32 episodes were made.
Tom and Jerry

(The) Tomorrow
People 1973

Tomorrows
World 1965
Raymond Baxter presented this program.
Top Cat (Boss
Cat) 1963
Boss Cat ?or Top Cat ?.... that is the question. The song claims, "close friends get to call him T.C." Therefore we assume that he's Boss Cat to his enemies, like Officer Dibble .Also amongst Top Cats gang were Fancy, ChuChu, Benny the Ball and Brains. Apparently, Sgt Bilko was the inspiration of this great cartoon.
