Description: Blonde hair, worn with 2 pony-tails, red and black striped shirt with flared cuffs, purple jumper, blue tights with green polka-dots,  red socks, purple sneakers.

Angelica is the spoiled child of Drew and Charlotte Pickles. She is always bullying the other kids, and usually has her doll Cynthia for an accomplice. She never gets punished by her parents, but is punished when she goes to Tommy's house. Angelica likes to steal the Rugrats toys and candy, and other possesions. She does her wrong doings by using the kids' fears against them, or hyperbolizing lies. Sometimes you can see Angelica's nice side. When she tries to apologize to someone, it usually backfires on her. She is one of the few children that can talk to the adults, and the babies. Susie is one of the other kids that can do this.
