Chuckie Finster

This wing is dedicated to Chuckie Finster. The scaredy-cat of the Rugrats.

Chuckie is the nerdy looking little boy who is afraid of anything and everything. He usually ends up going on Tommy's adventures anyways. In the end, he usually comes out brave, and does things like go down the slide ("I'm a big brave dog"), or take a bath. Chuckie is Tommy's best friend, and usually looks to him for advice.

Chuckie is the son of Charles Finster. It is amazing to think of what he is afraid of at times. For example, the man on the oatmeal box. He is very similar to his father, and seems to get most of his traits from him. Chuckie balances out Tommy's impulsive, adventurousness. He usually isn't so rational when trying to overcome his most recent fear though. Chuckie is also very shy. He should be able to talk to adults by his age, but his shyness probably prevents this.
