Father = Mike Corbin
When Sonny was just a child, Mike left him and his mother. When Mike came back into Sonny's life, only a few years ago, Sonny had a hard time adjusting, but everything worked out! Sonny and Mike started to have a father/son relationship just before Sonny left town in 1997. Hopefully things will pick up where they left off when he comes back!

Mother = Adela
After Mike left Adela, and Sonny she married Deke. He was a cop and he turned out to be a mean man! Deke used to beat Sonny and Adela. Adela is now deceased.

Stepfather = Deke
Deke beat his wife, Adela and locked Sonny in closets. Deke was a police officer, which made Sonny distrust all cops. Deke is now deceased.

Wife = Lily Rivera Corinthos
Lily was the daughter of Hernando Rivera, an associate of Sonny's from Puerto Rico. Lily was a teacher, she loved children and playing the piano. Lily and her unborn baby died in a car bomb outside Luke's Club.

Fiancee = Brenda Barrett
Brenda fell in love with Sonny at a young age. They were a item for a while, when Ned convinced Brenda to wear a wire, and try and catch Sonny talking about his 'business.' Unfortunalty Sonny found out, and broke it off. Later Sonny and Brenda reconciled, and became engaged. On the day of the wedding Sonny left town, leaving Brenda at the alter. Brenda was presumed dead in 1998 when her car went off a cliff.

Best Buddy = Michael 'Stone' Cates
Stone worked for, and lived with Sonny. He also worked for L&B records, where he learned, with help from his girlfriend, Robin, that he was dyslexic. One summer Stone caught a flu that he couldn't shake. After months, it was dicovered that he didn't have the flu, he had full-blown AIDS. Stone died near Christmas.

Best Buddy = Jason Morgan
Jason and Sonny became friends through Robin. Jason started working for Sonny, and eventually became Sonny's main man! When Sonny left town, he left his business and his penthouse in the hands of his best bud - Jason!
