Shell Shock is perfectionist, forever analysing the Hydros-3 Cybertron base defence systems with the hope of weeding out bugs. This ensures the Cybertron base is always ready for a Destron assault any time of the day, and at the same time keeps Shell Shock occupied from checking each and every of the Cybertrons battlefield guard mechanisms. Shell Shock rarely participates in minor offensive manoeuvres, but will gladly take part in a full scale assault on Destron strongholds and bases. He relishes in battle, but prefers strafing Destron hostiles from his plasma gatling cannon mounted on the Cybertronian base. Shell Shock is no coward however, and will gladly engage in close combat if the situation calls for. Shell Shock rakes through Destron ranks with his claw located on his right wrist, whilst using his extendable shield to wreak havoc and give himself a defensive edge over Destron soldiers. Due to his lack of a firearm weapon, Shell Shock's assigned gunblade carries a double mode, allowing him to use the standard energy discharge system as well as a double barrelled light shell pistol, giving Shell Shock a boost to his already meagre firepower. The Spark fragment attached to the gunblade's barrel gives Shell Shock the ability to fire ion bolts in the situation of ammo depletion.


WEAPONS
Unlike the traditional gunblades, Shell Shock can decide to fire two light shells or use the standard strike energy discharge system on gunblades with a flick on a switch. This gives Shell Shock a firearm, but does not give him the overall advantage in a shootout. However, Shell Shock can fire damaging ion bolts when he invokes the power of his Spark crystal located on the barrel of the blade.
Shell Shock's right arm has a retractable claw sharper than most gunblades. Destrons normally avoid Shell Shock in melee combat, this is the major reason why. Shell Shock's claw can rake through thick and tough Destron armor while maintaining it's super-sharp cutting edge.
Another of Shell Shock's melee weapons, Shell Shock's shell also gives him some additional range with it fully extended. It also deals heavy blows while it is being extended to its full length.
