On the subject of Nancy Lee Grahn's (Alexis) beauty, words like "genuine" and "natural" come to mind. It's no wonder, then, that this talented actress has worked consistently since arriving in LA at age 23.

Her first job was on Little House on the Prairie, followed by roles on such episodic shows as The Incredible Hulk, Magnum PI, Murder, She Wrote, Quincy, ME and finally her role as Julia Wainwright Capwell on Santa Barbara, for which she won an Emmy. After the soap went off the air in 1993, Grahn enjoyed appearances on Diagnosis Murder, Babylon 5, and Models Inc., and she even took a short recurring role on Melrose Place while also playing GH's Alexis.

These days, her beauty emanates from a whole new source - motherhood. Co-star Wally Kurth (Ned) agrees. "Her love for her baby girl (Kate) is in itself incredibly loveable," he says. "You can see that baby is just the apple of her eye. The twinkle in Nancy's eye is just beautiful, and so is her laugh."
