"Sure there should be a lawm because I know one day I'm going to die in a New York City taxicab. Everyone should be wearing seat belts - unless they're having sex. People should be forgiven if they're having sex in the back seat of a cab. That's the only time they should be allowed NOT to weat seat belts."
