»ten questions«

After collecting about 74 questions over the month of December, they were generalized to make 10. I then sent them to Scott Appel (thanks!) and he had Scott V answer them. In case you didn't know, Scott Appel is Scott's publicist, and he helps me out a lot with the page.

The tatoo. Why is it there, when did it get there, what is it and is it real?
The tattoo is a Celtic symbol that was designed for "Breaker High". It’s not real.

What or who are some of your influences acting-wise?
I have a lot of influences acting-wise. Two actors I admire are Sean Penn and Johnny Depp.

How did you get into acting, and what do you hope to do in the future with this career?
I met a casting director who recommended I try doing it. In the future, I hope to continue working and become a better actor.

What are some of your other hobbies and interests?
I love all kinds of sports, especially football.

How did you come to play Max Ballard on Breaker High?
Lots and lots of auditions. Then they flew me down to L.A. for a screen-test and then they offered me the job.

Are you and Max similar in any way?
I try to find similarities to myself in any role I play. Max is kind of a sensitive guy, which I am also. He does his own thing, which I like to try to do as well.

Do you read fanmail?
Yes. I will try and write back as much as possible.

What's your nationality, background? (Greek?)
My last name is Greek, but I’m a mutt. I have a lot of different nationalities in me.

Do you have a girlfriend?
No.

What's the perfect date?
I don’t think there is only one perfect date. A perfect date can be anything from sitting and having a nice conversation on the beach to having a romantic dinner in front of a fire.

Sorry it wasn't that long, but these were basically the only kind of questions y'all sent me! Anyway, perhaps we'll arrange another interview and we can get a chance to ask more. : )
