Looney Tunes Newsletter 23-Sep-98
Hi Everyone,
We are going to be moving the clipart from Gwen's site to LT
Express in the next few weeks. It's just grown too big to be
manageable without having some way to download them in packs. To
do this we are working on a Javascript that will email the
requested items to you directly from the site. Hopefully this
will be up and running in a month at the most. This won't affect
Gwen's site until everything is completed and then all new
clipart will be put up on LT Express instead.
If you see any new items in stores,
have any other news or would like to submit something to the
newsletter please email it to me so I can spread the word!

-Targets has 2 new
Halloween items in. They have a plastic orange Taz candy bucket
for $2.99
and the Minami lights for $12.99. The lights are 10 lights sets
with 3 Skeleton Bugs, 4 Gossamers in pumpkins and 3 Taz in candy
bags. These are much nicer looking than the 96-97 set. Walmarts
will probably get the same items in too. They also have the small
candy buckets from last year with Taz's face on a purple bucket.
-Walmarts has a paper Halloween Taz Gift bag. It is a large one
that you could use for a presents or trick or treating. The
picture on it is very nice.
-The Linda Anderson
catalog has a Sylvester and Tweety resin Birdbath in it. It is 24"
tall and very cute but it is also $152.95. Also there are Taz and
Tweety Christmas Beanie Babies that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Both for $14.95. Their phone number is 1-800-437-1500.
-Frito Lays is having a Marvin Sweepstakes right now. The grand
prize is a trip to The WB Studio in California. Details are on
their snack pack size chips.
-ACT II Microwave Popcorn is giving away LT Comic Books. You have
to buy 2 packages and send in the UPC codes on the boxes. They
can find them at Walmarts and other similar retailers.
-Added the following
clip art to Gwen's Page: 4 Witch Hazel, 2 Gossamer and 7
Halloween pics. This is the last of the Halloween that we had.
There are some good 3d shaded ones in this bunch.
-On LT Express we added a Recipes page and a Sounds page to the
Halloween car. These are not LT, just fun things to have. We also
take submissions for these pages. This is probably the last thing
we will add to this section until next year.

We ask that if you send us something that you be as complete as

a brief description of the product, and a URL if there is one for
the company.
-Submitting a New Site Notice: I will accept a new site notice on
any site that has something to do with LT. Please include your
complete URL/Site name and at least your first name. Also include
a brief description of what your site is about.

notices only for those LT sites with original content. Only one
update per month is allowed. Please include your complete URL/Site
name and at least your first name. Also include a brief
