Chapter 11
While Robin and Moreno were holding there meeting Jason and Carly watched Robin
and Moreno talking. Jason was surprised while Carly was getting angry. Jason
decided that he needed to speak to Sonny about it and asked Carly if she wanted
to stay. Carly said yes. Jason left while Carly continued to watch Robin and
Moreno. Carly watched but couldn't hear them talking about his targeting
civilians and that it is going to stop.
Moreno: What do you mean?
Robin: The commission had decreed that the mob war in Port Charles will end. And
I will be the one who does it.
Moreno: May I be honest with you?
Robin: Yes. You are wondering if I will side with Jason because of our past
relationship.
Moreno: Yes. The commission is going to put you in charge of ending this war.
Since you and Jason are close how do I know that your solution is to get rid of
me and give my organization to Jason.
Robin: If I wanted to get rid of you then you would be gone by now. The
commission gave me permission to deal with you. You tried to kill me. It was
within my rights to kill you and if I wanted to get rid of you then I would not
call a meeting with you before doing it.
Moreno: So what do you have in mind?
Robin: The commission has given me Port Charles. You and Jason will be allowed
to keep your territories but will have me as a commission above you both.
Moreno: And I assume that you want the usual 5% of my profits.
Robin: Yes. And the commission expects its 5% too. Mr. Moreno will you agree
with this arrangement?
Moreno: I just have one question. What happens to my drug dealings? Your
organization has never dealt in drugs. But I am not willing to give it up. So,
What happens to it?
Robin looks at John. As she looks into his eyes.
Robin: (Silently) Do I have to do this?
John: (Silently) I am very sorry Robin. You have no choice.
Robin looks at Moreno.
Robin: I don't like drugs Mr. Moreno. Emily Quartermaine almost died from it.
But under the rules of the Commission I can't interfere with your business. So
even though I hate it I can't stop you from dealing in drugs. But I am warning
you be very careful. I don't want the media reporting on a major drug problem in
Port Charles. And your people will stay away from people I know. Is that clear?
Moreno: Of Course. Then you should know that my people have been selling some
medicine to Alan Quartermaine. He is addicted to it.
Robin: You tell your people not to sell to him. He is to be cut off. I don't
want him on anything that puts his paints in danger. Is that clear. I will
consider any of your people selling drugs to Alan or anyone else I know to be an
act of war against me.
Moreno: I will pass the word. No dealings with him. I will be going now. You
know something Ms. Scorpio, I think that it will be very interesting to deal
with you. Good day Ms. Scorpio.
Moreno then leaves. As soon as he leaves Robin gets up to leave. John and her
guards take their places. Carly suddenly comes up to Robin and slaps her.
Robin's guards suddenly pull their guns and aim it at Carly and she screams at
Robin.
Carly: THATS FOR BETRAYING JASON YOU TRATORIOUS BITCH.
Robin reacts to Carly.
