Chapter 8
Robin was on her way to the briefing room after being given a medical
examination by Dr. Crusher. Dr. Crusher learned that Robin had been exposed to
the HIV virus. Robin had explained to her what had happened to her. Robin
arrives at the conference room. She noticed Troi, Riker and Wesley there. She
took a seat.
Robin: Before the three of us head back to earth I need to discuss what’s going
on to you Wesley. Wesley do you know why the Enterprise has come back in time?
Wesley: I guess that there is a problem with the timeline?
Riker: When we returned to Earth from our research mission we discovered that
there was no life on Earth. We traced the problem to the American City of Port
Charles. The three of us will be helping Robin find out what the problem is and
then to correct it.
Wesley: What do you need from me?
Robin: Although the damage was traced to 1998 earth life ended on earth in 2045.
Wesley: Which means a delayed reaction.
Robin: Exactly. That suggests that the problem might involve a child or
teenager. You are going to be a teenager Wes. You are going to interact with the
Teenagers of Port Charles. You will watch them and if necessary we will take
whatever action we have to?
Troi: And what will we be doing?
Robin: Deanna you will apply for a job at General hospital. They have need for a
psychologist. There is a serial killer going on there. You can keep an eye on
things there. The killer might accidentally kill the wrong person. You and
Commander Riker will be a married couple. And Wesley will be your adopted son.
The three of us met in Paris.
Riker: Call me Will, Robin.
Robin: All right. Before we head to earth there are some things that you should
know. Number 1, everyone on earth thinks that I am HIV positive.
Riker: I don't understand?
Robin: I was exposed to the HIV Virus. I was cured but everyone thinks that I am
still HIV positive. You will see me taking some medicine. It is sugar pills. But
they will think that it is my HIV medicine.
Troi: All right.
Robin: We should be heading back to earth now.
Robin, Troi and Riker head toward the transporter room. They beam down to
Brenda's house. They notice that the phone is ringing. Robin picks it up.
Robin: Hello. Oh Hi Uncle Mac.
Mac: Robin. I was getting worried. I have been trying to call you.
Robin: I have been out. Is there any news on Jason and Brenda?
Mac: Not yet. Jax is looking for them. They will be fine Robin.
Robin: I hope so Uncle Mac. I love Jason. I don't know what I will do if he is
dead.
Mac: I am worried about you Robin. I don't want you to be alone.
Robin: Some friends of mine from Paris are with me. I will be fine. Bye Uncle
Mac.
Mac: Bye Robin.
Robin hangs up the phone. Robin tells them that she has to see someone. A half-
hour later Stefan is doing some business at Wyndemere. There is a knock on the
door. He opens the door. It is Robin.
