Chapter 11
Robin and Nikolas sat down at Kelly's. She had just told him that she wanted to
be his friend. She told Nikolas that although she had feelings for him that she
wanted to be with Jason. Nikolas agreed and asked her to come to the ball with
him. She agreed to go with him. She then told him that she had to tell him
something.
Nikolas: What is it Robin?
Robin looked at Sarah who was watching them very closely.
Robin: Not here Nikolas. Sarah seems to be watching us so closely.
Robin and Nikolas then leave. Sarah follows them. They are walking. Robin uses
her training to lose Sarah. Robin and Nikolas arrive back at Wyndemere.
Robin: Now that we have lost Sarah I can tell you what I need to tell you.
Nikolas, you should know that I am a starfleet officer and am from the 24th
century just like you.
Nikolas: You are from the future. I haven't met anyone who has lived in that
time period.
Robin: Your Uncle told me that you lived in the future.
Nikolas: I did but have no memories of it. I knew that there was something
different about you. What is the 24th century like?
Robin: Its very different. There are no cars and no pollution there. And there
are the aliens.
Nikolas: Aliens?
Robin: There are the alien races that walk among us. The Vulcans and other
races.
Nikolas; Do you miss it?
Robin: Sometimes. But I have spent most of my life here in the 20th century.
Like you I part of this time but separated from it. I need someone that lives
here I can talk to about it. I would like it to be you. I have to get going.
Nikolas: Bye Robin.
Robin: Bye Nikolas.
Robin then leaves. She arrives back at Brenda's house.
