Chapter 12
Robin arrived back at Brenda's house after seeing Stefan and Nikolas. She was
able to let Stefan know who she was and that she would be watching. She wasn't
sure that Stefan could be trusted. She had heard about the computer virus that
Stefan and Alexis had tried to inflect on the world. Anna had showed her the
report made by Sean who was the one who helped Luke stop Stefan. She knew that
Luke would watch Helena and that Stefan would be on guard. Her biggest worry was
about Nikolas. If the problem in the timeline was caused by Helena then he would
suffer. As she entered she noticed Troi looking at her.
Troi: How did it go Robin?
Robin: I went to see Stefan Cassadine. He is supposed to be keeping an eye on
Helena Cassadine. He knows that I as a Starlet historian am interested in him.
Troi: You think that this Helena is involved?
Robin: I doubt it. But she is up to something. It might be related to the
trouble in the timeline or it not be. Either way it doesn't hurt to keep an eye
on her. I have decided not to tell Stefan Cassadine that a starship is in orbit.
The Enterprise is a valuable advantage. I don't want to lose it. Where is
Commander Riker?
Troi: He is back on the Enterprise. Wesley is walking around town. He hopes to
meet some teenagers.
Robin: And you?
Troi: I went to General Hospital. I applied for the opening they had. I spoke to
a Dr. Baldwin and a Dr. Quartermaine. They liked and hired me.
Robin: Congratulations Dr. Troi. Just be careful. You will have to be limited to
20th century theories and procedures.
Troi: I know. I was concerned about Dr. Quartermaine. He seems to be addicted to
a drug. I can see the signs.
Robin: Alan is on drugs?
Troi: Yes. He had this strange look on his face. I thought that it was his son
being missing. But I can see that he needed something. I am keeping an eye on
him just in case he does something that could put someone in danger who is not
supposed to be in danger.
Robin: All right. Pretty soon the phone will ring and I will learn that Jason
and Brenda have been found safe. When that happens I will go see Jason.
Troi looks at Robin. She decides that she had to bring something up.
Troi: As a Counselor I have noticed something. Is there something that you
haven't told me?
Robin looks at Troi.
Robin: I have been waiting for you to notice it. Why don't we sit down and we
will talk about it.
Robin tells Troi about Nikolas.
