Chapter 21
The police was conducting a search of Wyndemere. They were looking for clues in
Helena's murder. V opened a desk drawer. She discovered a phaser and showed it
to Mac. He shows it to Stefan.
Mac: Do you know what this is Mr. Cassadine?
Stefan instantly knows that it is a 24th century weapon. But he also knows the
rules. He can't tell anyone about it. He is subject to the prime Directive. And
it applies to the past. He knows that he has no choice but to lie to Mac. But
first he faces Nikolas.
Stefan: I would like you to leave Nikolas.
Nikolas: But Uncle.
Stefan comes up to Nikolas. He whispers in to Nikolas' ear.
Stefan: I want you to tell Robin about what has happened. She will know what to
do.
Nikolas: All right Uncle.
Nikolas then leaves.
Stefan pretends to look at the phaser.
Stefan: It is a toy gun. I am going to be giving it to a nephew for his
birthday.
V takes a look at it.
V: Its nice.
She aims the phaser at two uniformed officers. She is about to fire it.
Stefan: (AT the officers.) GET DOWN!
The officers get down as V fires the phaser. Mac and all the police officers are
shocked by the large hole in the wall created by the phaser.
Mac: A toy?
Garcia takes a look at the wall.
Garcia: It looks like the burn on Helena Cassadine's chest. This has to be the
weapon that killed her.
Mac: Mr. Cassadine you are under the arrest for the murder of Helena Cassadine.
You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right anything you say
will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to a lawyer. If
you can't afford one then one will be appointed one for you at no cost. Do you
understand these rights?
Stefan: Yes.
Mac and the others take Stefan away. Nikolas is shocked to see Stefan arrested.
He leaves to find Robin.
