Chapter 25
Carlos finished his meeting with his assistant. As the assistant leaves Carlos
notices that a young woman with blond hair comes up to him. He doesn't like
dealing with her but he knows that he has no choice.
Carlos: Hello Ms. Webber.
Sarah: What the latest on the plan?
Carlos: We are close to getting control of J&J Jax. Jerry Jax is so involved in
my plans that he doesn't know he has singed control of the company over to me.
Sarah: Excellent. What about Morgan?
Carlos: He is not being helpful. So I have ordered that his girlfriend be
killed. The contract will be carried out soon.
Sarah: NO. Robin Scorpio is to well known. Her death will draw to much
attention. Cancel the contract.
Carlos: I can't. There is no way to stop it.
Sarah: Then you better pray that the person you hired fails. Because if Robin
dies then you will die to.
Sarah then leaves. She wasn't going to let this idiot ruin her plans. She wanted
Robin dead but she knows that her murder in addition to Helena's would cause too
much trouble. But if Robin’s death can't be traced to her then it might be
helpful. Killing Helena and framing Stefan would help get Nikolas back. Killing
Robin would also help.
A couple of weeks pass. In the time period no progress is made in the
investigation of what is going on. But Robin and Jason have made up. They have
agreed to test their relationship. Robin arrives at the bridge. She is waiting
for Jason who she got a note from. She sees Jason.
Robin: What’s up Jason?
Jason: I don't know. You called me Robin.
Robin: No I didn't. You sent me a note saying that you had to see me at the
bridge.
Robin shows Jason the note. Jason then gets worried.
Jason: IT’S A SETUP! WE HAVE TO GET YOU OUT OF HERE!
Jason pushes Robin toward his Limo. Just before they reach the Limo Carlos's
person comes up to them. He draws a gun and fires one shot. A shocked Jason
can't react as Robin is shot in the chest. The man makes a clean getaway while
Jason holds on to a seriously wounded Robin.
Jason: ROBIN!
Jason notices that Robin's wound is serious. He sees Nikolas come up to them.
Nikolas: Robin. WHAT Happened?
Jason: She was shot. Her wound is very serious. She has to get to a hospital
quickly or she will die.
Nikolas reaches for Robin's purse. He finds Robin's Communicator pin.
Nikolas: MEDICAL EMERGENCY. REPEAT MEDICAL EMERGENCY!
Jason looks at Nikolas. Suddenly Jason's view changes. Instead of seeing the
bridge he sees that he is in a strange place. Dr. Crusher and a medical team
takes Robin for treatment. A shocked Jason asks what’s going on.
