Chapter 29
36 hours after being shot Robin awoke. She was resting so that her body could
heal from her wound. She looked around and wondered where she was. She noticed
Dr. Crusher coming toward her.
Robin: What happened?
Crusher: You were shot Robin. You were beamed aboard the Enterprise. You are in
sickbay.
Robin: I am on the Enterprise. How did I get here?
Crusher: What do you remember Robin?
Robin: I was meeting Jason. I got a note saying that he wanted to meet me. I saw
Jason and he asked me what 's up. He then got worried and was pushing me.
Crusher: And then?
Robin: Jason and I were close to the Limo. I saw his man. He pointed a gun at
me. And then I felt pain in my chest and I heard Jason screaming my name while I
was in his arms. I noticed the blood coming out of my chest. And then I am here.
How did I get here?
Crusher: The bridge got a signal from Nikolas Cassadine who found you. He said
Medical emergency. You three were beamed directly to sickbay.
Robin: Where is Jason.
Crusher: He is in a cabin. He is worried about you and has some questions.
Robin: He is on the ship?
Crusher: Yes he is. He and Nikolas are in a cabin. We need to discuss what to do
next.
Robin: How did they react?
Crusher: Jason was scared. He thought that you were dying. Deanna calmed him
down. Nikolas remained calm.
Robin: He knows what's going on. Jason doesn't.
Crusher: Your body has completely healed from the wound. The only thing you will
have is a scar. The captain and Deanna would like to discuss what to do next.
Robin: All right.
Crusher: Sickbay to Captain Picard. Robin is awake. I have explained what’s
going on.
Picard: I am glad that you are all right. Can you join Counselor Troi and me in
my ready room?
Robin: Yes Captain.
Robin heads to the bridge to see Picard and Troi
