Chapter 58
On board the Enterprise Robin and the crew were talking about Elizabeth when Q
showed up. Soon after Robin and Q left for Lumina to talk about what was going
on. After a few seconds Robin came back alone. Picard asked Robin what happened
with Q.
Robin: Q and I discussed the change in the timeline. I don't think that he is
the cause of it.
Worf: Q is a not a man of honor. You should not trust what he says.
Robin: No matter what his faults are he is a Q. And a Q wouldn't lie to another
Q.
Picard: Q has lied to all of us Robin. I find it hard to believe what he says.
Robin: He has hurt me too Captain. But we are Q's. We have great powers. We
don't lie to each other.
Picard: What did he say to you?
Robin: He said that I have to solve the timeline problem myself. Which is
logical since I am part of it. And that it will lead to my learning of the new
Q.
Picard: All right. So what do we do about it?
Robin: I think that Troi and I should talk to Brenda about this.
Picard: All right.
Robin and Troi leave the conference room. They beam down to earth with Veronica.
They head to the cottage.
