Chapter 12
Liz sneaked down the hall of GH and into Lucky's room. She shut the door quietly
and turned around to look at Lucky. He was still sleeping, but she thought he
looked a little better. She sat down next to the bed and picked up his hand. She
flinched when she felt something in it. She opened his hand and took out a piece
of paper. She read it, and bolted out the door.

Luke woke up to the phone ringing. He groaned and rolled over to answer it.
Luke: "Spencer."
Liz: "Mr. Spencer this is Elizabeth Webber. I am at the hospital and I just
found something that was in Lucky's hand that I think you should see."
Luke sat up and rubbed his eyes.
Luke: "What is it?"
Liz: "A note."
Luke: "From?"
Liz: "Helena Cassadine."
Luke nearly dropped the phone when he heard that.
Luke: "I'll be right there."
Luke hung up the phone and looked at Laura who was still sleeping. He quickly
left the house and went to General Hospital.

Helena smiled as she watched Luke leave his house. That meant that her note has
been delivered. Good. The plan was already working.

Liz paced the halls waiting for Luke. The note freaked her out. She totally
forgot that Lucky still worked for Helena. She grimaced and saw Luke bolting
toward her. She held out her hand and Luke snatched the note out of it and read
it out loud.
Luke: "Dear Lucas… Hello dear boy. I'm sorry that this is such a primitive way
to tell you this, but it must be known. After all you have been lied to your
whole life, correct? I can stop the lies. I can stop all of them. I can tell you
what you want to know. Starting with this… I'm your grandmother. Farewell, for
now. Helena"
Luke crumpled the letter in disgust. His grandmother? What the hell was she
talking about? She had to be lying…
