Patrick Labyorteaux (Lieutenant Bud Roberts)

Like the Bud Roberts he plays, Patrick is a good guy at heart. With his brother Matthew, he had founded the Youth Rescue Fund; a charity dedicated to helping runaway teens. In 1982, he raised $11 million for American youth shelters, by going before a House Sub-Committee to defend the matter of runaway teens.

In his spare time spent not saving the world, Patrick, a single Los Angeles-dweller, is a veteran of film. At the tender age of three, he began his career in a stage play in Hollywood. He has written and performed with Los Angeles' distinguished Groundlings Comedy Troupe, as well as appeared in numerous films including "Opening Night," "Mame," "Heathers," "Summer School," "Ghoulies III," "Ghoulies Go to College," "Ski School," "Terminal Entry," and "Three Ninjas." His television roles vary from "Little House on the Prairie," to "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," as well as everything in between, such as "Too Something," "Hope and Gloria," and "Living Single." He had also appeared in "The Captain and the Kings," "Young Joe, the Forgotten Kennedy," and the cable film, "Prince of Bel Air."
